Lay the leggings flat and measure straight across the top of the waistband, from edge to edge.

Hip width
Measure straight across the widest part of the hip area with the fabric relaxed.

Garment length
Measure from the top of the waistband to the ankle hem along the outside of the leg.

Thigh width
Measure straight across one thigh near the crotch, from the inner edge to the outer edge.
