You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
Return eligibility
- Request your return within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear and intimates cannot be returned.
How to start a return
- Email us: Send your order number and the item or items you want to return to info@uselurve.com.
- Receive instructions: Our team replies within 24–48 hours with the return address and next steps.
- Send your return: Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
- Receive your refund: Once the return arrives and passes inspection, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post it.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Email info@uselurve.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Order cancellation
Cancellation requests may be submitted within 15 minutes of placing the order. Contact us immediately at info@uselurve.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing begins.
